Normally, the most economical way to provide text is on a computer disk in a page layout program such as QuarkXPress or InDesign. If you prepare the disk with a word processing program such as Microsoft Word, we will need to format the material for you. In this case, you can save money by sending your word-processing file to us as a high resolution PDF. The most expensive process is to send us typewritten manuscript that must be scanned using optical character recognition (OCR) software.

The page count should be divisible by 8 in order to use a standard press sheet. For example, if you request a quote for a 135 page book, we will furnish the quote for 136 pages.
